Wright Brothers Playing Cards - Fig. 1 Standard Edition

Fig. 1 Signature Edition

This STANDARD Edition is no ordinary tuck box, Open the Tuckbox and bring the Wright Brothers' story to life, adding an interactive element of wonder to your collection. Open up the box and watch the propeller spin!

Inside, you will discover 55 fully customized playing cards that pay homage to the rich tapestry of Andersen's masterful storytelling. Experience the blend of artistry and functionality in this mesmerizing signature edition.

Court Cards

The colors scheme of this series truly come to life in the court cards, featuring illustrations of pilot, adventurers, explorers bold enough to brave the skies. Backed by the rustic color block, highlighting the figure in their vintage flight suits, grease-stained gloves, and their quiet confidence of their trusty compass.

Number Cards

Every pip and numeral has been meticulously redrawn, inspired by the handwriting on patent diagrams and the hand-lettered labels on a vintage instrument panel. The pips themselves are precise, blocked shapes geometric and clean, much like the precision of the machined and fabricated components of a plane.

Card Backs

All editions feature a mechanical animated flipbook sequence on the card backs. When fanned, the propeller of the Wright Flyer comes to life. A direct homage to the Wright brothers' quiet conviction that the direction of human history could be changed with enough trials, enough gas, enough wind.
