The leather cover has held up way better than the flimsy notebooks I used to buy, and the extra-thick pages don't bleed through when I use fountain pens. It's a bit heavier than a standard notebook, but that's the tradeoff for something this durable.

I've been tossing this in my bag for a month and the extra-thick cover has kept the pages from bending at all. The leather wipes clean easily when my coffee drips on it, which I didn't expect to care about but now do.

The leather cover is noticeably thicker than any notebook I've owned, so it feels like it can actually handle being tossed in my bag every single day. I've been using it for class notes for two weeks now and the pages are holding up perfectly, no wear on the edges yet.
