The engravings really capture that Edo-period look, and the gold tone pops beautifully even in low light. It's elegant enough that I'm thinking of displaying it on a small stand rather than keeping it tucked away.

The weight feels substantial in your palm, and the Koban’s engraved rim catches light just like the old woodblock prints. I keep it on my desk as a tiny Edo-era reminder, and every glance makes me appreciate the craftsmanship more.

The detailing on the oban face is so crisp it feels like holding a tiny piece of history, and the weight has a nice, solid heft that makes it a satisfying desk piece. I keep it on my shelf just to admire the traditional engraving whenever I walk by.
